Since 2022, Kazakhstan has turned geopolitical disruption into digital momentum. Russian talent, rising domestic demand, Astana Hub and deeper European ties are reshaping its technology sector. But sanctions risk, regional competition and weak infrastructure remain major tests. This article examines whether Kazakhstan can convert a temporary post-war advantage into lasting economic sovereignty.
